Senior Audit & Tax Manager (CA)
Lead direct tax advisory, statutory tax audits, corporate ITR filings, and representation before tax authorities under the guidance of our FCA Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise end-to-end statutory tax audit assignments under Section 44AB and corporate ITR filings.
- Advise corporate clients on the Income-tax Act, 2025 transition, withholding provisions, and MAT calculations.
- Draft quality submissions, responses to departmental notices (143(2), 148), and appeal memoranda for CIT(A).
- Oversee international tax and FEMA compliance, including Form 15CA/CB certifications and FLA returns.
- Review complex TDS reconciliations and manage engagement deliverables with junior associates and articled assistants.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI Member) with 3–5 years of relevant post-qualification experience in a reputed CA firm.
- Strong command over direct tax provisions, litigation drafting, and statutory audit methodologies.
- Proficiency with TRACES, e-Filing portal, Tally Prime, and Excel data reconciliation tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for direct client interfacing and regulatory representations.
GST & Regulatory Compliance Executive
Handle monthly GST return preparation, complex GSTR-2B ITC reconciliations, departmental clarifications, and annual GST audits.
Company Secretary (CS) — Corporate Law Lead
Manage end-to-end secretarial compliance, MCA V3 filings, board meeting procedures, and corporate actions for private and unlisted public companies.
